An Introduction to Rekkruut: We’re Extremely Sorry.

To everyone concerned: we are sorry. We’ve made a big mistake.

While we’ve spent the last 11 months putting together a blog, developing our website, posting on social media, we’ve kept quiet about one thing:

Rekkruut’s Plan.

Yes, we apologise. We’ve been silent about our progress and what we’re actually doing to change the world. But, guess what? No more cloak-and-dagger shenanigans.

We’re approaching a year since Rekkruut’s establishment, and while we have remained quiet about our plans, we have been VERY busy behind the scenes.

If you’re not an avid reader, don’t worry. Today’s blog post is far shorter than what they usually are.

What is Rekkruut?

Rekkruut is a recruitment app currently under development (anticipated to release early-2023). We will be working with employers and jobseekers based in the construction and technology industries in the UK. We intend on providing freelance and independent recruitment consultants with a platform to share their services.

Over the next few weeks, this blog will be filled with all kinds of interesting information about our plans, progress, and perks. We’re looking forward to letting you all know what we’ll be offering to all of our future users: Recruitment Consultants, Employers, and Jobseekers.

Rekkruut will be digitalising recruitment. From video call interviews to instant messaging, our tech will allow freelance recruitment consultants to carry out all of their activities from their own device – networking with employers and jobseekers nationwide.

What is Rekkruut’s Mission?

We make recruitment easy. We make recruitment fast. We are Rekkruut.

Our mission statement

Our mission is to empower the individual recruiter, where we encourage our recruitment consultants to use their entrepreneurial drive to grow their own business on our platform. We will be the first steppingstone for consultants to build their own recruitment venture, while Rekkruut provides them with the tools and resources to do so.

We will eradicate exclusivity in the recruitment market, where recruitment services are available to all businesses at an affordable price. We will make recruitment efficient and easier for organisations under pressure to grow their teams.

We will make it easier for those looking for jobs, and for those who are wanting to change careers. Ever struggled to find the time to visit a consultant at an agency? Rekkruut will make sure you’ll never have to do this again.

We will improve the overall UK job market and encourage a trusting culture among all parties in the recruitment chain. Trust is our core value, and we believe we can create lasting relationships through fostering, and promoting transparency with our key, technical features.  

We will create a recruitment network where distance is not an issue. We will create a recruitment network which promotes a green working practice. We will create a recruitment network that works.

As a business operating in the sharing economy, we want to share with our users – financially rewarding recruitment consultants at every opportunity possible.

While these may all seem like dreams, our next blog posts will dive further into how we plan on achieving these goals.
