What will your responsibilities include?

Here are some of the things you’ll be doing on a day-to-day basis:
Interviewing Candidates
You will be interviewing candidates via our video call feature to reduce time wasted travelling to and from a location – meaning you don’t need an office to meet them face-to-face!
Marketing Candidates
You will be responsible for marketing your candidates. Sell them to the clients you meet through our database, and try to secure them the interview! Favourite those candidates you love most.
Build CVs
Helping candidates build their CV is an important role for any recruiter – make sure you help them make a great first impression on your clients. First impressions are everything.
Vetting Candidates
Ensuring that your candidates are capable and ideal for the job vacancies of your clients is important to ensure that you have a successful impact on our clients.
Build Your Candidate Pool
Even if there isn’t a job currently available, make sure you’re building your candidate pool ready for when there is. Clients will appreciate this!
Negotiate Pay Rates
Not only does negotiating a higher pay rate improve the wellness of your candidate, but it also means you can earn more commission. Negotiation skills can go a long way for recruiters.
Organise Interviews
Once you’ve sent your candidate’s CV off, and your client is happy to interview them via Rekkruut, it’s your responsibility to schedule the video interview between both parties.
Meet with Clients
You will meet with clients via our app with the video call feature. It will be your responsibility to make sure that you get as much information as possible to provide the best candidates.
