Rekkruuters are granted full access to Rekkruut’s database of clients and candidates. It’s completely free to create a Rekkruuter profile and to browse our database. Not only do you have access to our database, but we encourage all recruitment activities to take place virtually. We help through providing you with all the necessary tools to carry out a successful recruitment business.
So, you’ll be using our instant messaging feature to communicate more rapidly with clients and candidates, while interviewing and meeting via video call (eradicating the distance barrier). While these are key features to help you communicate, we will be making your life easier with an optimised candidate/job/client search engine, where recommended options will customise your overall experience. We hope that this makes your overall experience easier and faster.
We believe that tracking progress is essential in any sales role, so we are implementing a “Dashboard” feature which allows you to analyse your progress and look at the fees you’ve collected during your period as a Rekkruuter. Not only this, but we promote a trusting culture, where our review-based system allows for your clients and candidates to leave a testimonial review on their experiences with you. This can help improve the overall impact of your profile where you can display your best testimonials to showcase your skills!

If you stack up £200,000 worth of fees within a year, you will take home £150,000 before tax – and this doesn’t even include the additional money earned from our reward systems…
