At this point in this blog series – if it’s not obvious already – we’re looking to revolutionise the world of recruitment using technology to our advantage. We want the whole recruitment process to be digitalised, where interviews, meetings, and all communication is completed on one platform. We aim to make your recruitment virtually accessible, where we focus on an affordable recruitment method.

Our plan is to eradicate client exclusivity, where small businesses can also use recruitment services at a more affordable price. We also want to give the money back to the real earners – recruitment consultants – who take home 75% of the fees they’ve generated (rather than a recruitment agency taking a majority of the money).

We aim to improve relationships in the recruitment chain, where our business model is focused on building trust among our users. All our features focus on facilitating an efficient, and easy alternative for recruitment.

Once we’ve done this, we’ll discuss our future plans for creating “The Resource Hub” – a free-to-use helpful guide on personal development, with a rich database of resources that can help you in many ways.

We’ll also have a job search section in The Resource Hub, which are specific to job roles in construction. The aim of this is to help people undergo a thorough job search, so they can understand the criteria of a specific job role, the journey of reaching this goal, and the perks of becoming trained in this role.
