IMPORTANT: Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully. By accessing or using Rekkruut (the "Platform"), including creating an account, posting jobs, applying for roles, or using any services, you ("User", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
Rekkruut Ltd ("Rekkruut", "we", "us", "our"), company number 13717596, registered at 17 Lakewood Road, Ashurst, Southampton, SO40 7DH, United Kingdom, operates the Platform at rekkruut.com.
1. Eligibility and Account Creation
You must be 18+ and legally capable of entering contracts.
- Employers: Represent a legitimate business; provide accurate company details.
- Recruiters: Independent professionals; submit valid ID for verification if requested.
- Job Seekers: Provide truthful profile/CV information.
Accounts are non-transferable. Keep login details secure. Notify us of unauthorized access: [email protected].
2. Platform Roles and Services
2.1 Employers
- Post unlimited jobs free.
- Recruiters submit fixed placement fee bids (10-30% of candidate's first-year salary cap; no negotiation).
- Review recruiter profiles, performance metrics, reviews.
- Video message recruiters; video interview candidates forwarded by selected recruiters.
- Pay only on successful hire: Invoice issued post-start date confirmation.
2.2 Recruiters
- Browse/apply to fill employer jobs with fixed placement fee proposal (10-30% cap).
- No fee changes post-submission.
- Source candidates via platform search/AI tools; video interview; forward shortlist to employer.
- Earn 75% of agreed placement fee (25% platform commission) after employer pays.
- ID verification required for payouts.
2.3 Job Seekers
- 100% free profile creation and platform access.
- Browse/apply to recruiter-managed jobs (not direct employer posts).
- Profile Privacy controls visibility; opt-in to recruiter approaches.
- Job seekers and employers view each other only at interview stage.
3. Fees and Payments
No subscriptions. Employers: Success-fee only. Recruiters: Commission post-payment. Job Seekers: Free.
- Placement fees: Recruiter-proposed (10-30% cap), fixed once employer accepts.
- Payments: Via Stripe/Tide (UK bank details required).
- Late payments: 1.5% monthly interest. Disputes handled case-by-case.
- Refunds: None except proven non-start (30-day window).
4. User Content and Conduct
4.1 Your Responsibilities
All content (profiles, jobs, CVs, messages) must be accurate, non-misleading.
- No spam, harassment, discrimination, illegal content.
- Employers: Jobs comply with UK employment law (e.g., no fake postings).
- Recruiters: Only forward qualified candidates; no fee misrepresentation.
- Job Seekers: No fake qualifications/experience.
4.2 Our Rights
- Remove/suspend content/accounts for violations (no notice required).
- Use anonymized data for analytics/AI training.
- No ownership of your content; you grant us worldwide, royalty-free license to operate Platform.
5. Prohibited Activities
- Scraping, reverse-engineering, automated access (except API if provided).
- Impersonation, multiple fake accounts.
- Cold outreach outside platform (violates "no spam" model).
- Sharing confidential job seeker/employer data outside platform.
6. AI Tools Usage
- Daily limits per tool (e.g., AI CV Check, Compare Candidates).
- Tools provide supportive insights only—not guarantees or decisions.
- Output accuracy not warranted; use professional judgment.
7. Intellectual Property
- Platform, logos, AI models: Rekkruut property.
- Trademarks: No use without written permission.
- User content: Your IP, subject to Platform license.
8. Disclaimers and Limitations
8.1 No Guarantees
- No hire/placement guarantees. Platform facilitates connections only.
- Recruiter performance not endorsed.
- AI tools "as-is"; no liability for recommendations.
8.2 Liability Limits
- Maximum liability: Fees paid in last 12 months.
- No consequential, indirect damages (lost profits, etc.).
- Force majeure: Acts of God, strikes, etc.
9. Termination
- By You: Close account anytime (some data retained per Privacy Policy).
- By Us: Immediate termination for violations, non-payment, fraud.
- Surviving sections: Fees, IP, liability, disputes.
10. Disputes and Governing Law
- Governing Law: Laws of England and Wales.
- Jurisdiction: Courts of England.
- Informal Resolution: 30 days' notice to [email protected] before legal action.
- Class Actions: Waived.
11. Changes to Terms
Material changes notified via email/platform (14 days' notice). Continued use = acceptance.
